Stress Managemnet, turning negative energy into positive energy. Controlling and managing stress levels.

Stress Management – Release that Stored Negative Energy.

In today’s busy and competitive world we all suffer from stress. Some of us, more than others. Causes of stress vary from person to person. What stresses me out might not stress you out. So, how do you manage and control your stress. Everyone tries to manage their stress in different ways, which is good, if the stress is really managed.

Side effects of stress also vary from person to person. Some people eat more in which case many of them are going to put on weight. Some people practically only eat once a day, in which case they might lose weight or put on weight. Others lose hair and other lose their temper (bad or no stress management). There are many side effects of stress and they can affect people differently.

How do we control stress?

One of the most effective stress management programs, if it is not the most effective, is non-team sport or exercise. I am pretty sure you understand why exercise is fundamental for stress management but you might be wondering why non-team. The reason is, team sports are generally competitive. Competition alone creates stress. You need to tackle the management of your stress with self-control and self-goals.

Stress creates huge amounts of negative energy and stores that negative energy in you muscles so your whole body becomes tense just waiting to release that energy. You need to find a way of releasing that stored negative energy. The best and most effective way of releasing that stored negative energy is working out in the gym. The gym offers you complete body workouts, at your own pace, a non-competitive environment and more importantly an environment designed for you to release all that built up negative energy.

Is working out in the gym really non-competitive?

No. Your biggest competitor is you yourself. You and the negative energy you have built up. This competitor (you and your stress) is great, because you have the opportunity of challenging and beating this competitor each and everyday. Each day, take your stress with you to the gym, and then you train your stress away. Release all that negative energy by positively competing against yourself.

Cardiovascular exercising as the Treadmill, Spinning bikes, Stepping etc wont release the all the stored negative energy you need to workout with weights. Working out with weights is fundamental for releasing all that energy caused by stress.

Turning Negative Energy into Positive Energy.

Negative energy is energy stored in your body, which offers no positive release. Negative energy releases itself through bad moods, tempers, aging, weight lose or gain and many other release formats. Negative energy is generally caused by day-to-day stress. If the negative energy is not transformed into positive energy, your body stores a small percentage of that negative energy until the energy overflows (usually a bad mood or temper lose).

The best and most effective way of changing negative energy to positive energy is weight training at the gym. Weight training transforms all that negative energy into positive energy. Weight training provides good, positive natural stress on your body’s muscle groups, which forces the body to absorb and release the negative energy thus transforming the negative energy into positive energy.

Some of us are more passionate and more sensitive about many things. We tend to get more stressed than others. Thus we need to workout more intensely and more frequently (daily) to transform that negative energy into positive energy.

To sum up.

Stress is the build up of negative energy. You need to manage the release or transformation of this negative energy. The best and most effective way of managing this build up of negative energy (stress) is working out in the gym with weight training.
